Noteworthy Achievement!
Bob’s BMW proudly announces that two of our Master Technicians, the vivacious and ever-effervescent Sean Lee and Steve Slunt, have completed rigorous new training and are now certified as Master Diagnosticians by BMW Motorrad USA. Only ten technicians in the US have ever earned this elite status, and Bob’s is the only dealership with TWO on staff! C’mon, who takes care of ya better than Bob’s? (But forget it, girls, they’re both already married.) |
Bob's service
department is renowned for providing the highest quality BMW repair
and maintenance. Customers come from all over America, not just
locally, to have their motorcycles serviced at Bob’s. We are easily
the largest BMW motorcycle service center on the east coast. With
six (6) full time technicians (5 Master Technicians), 14 lifts,
and a state-of the-art facility, there isn't a task we can't handle.
Bob's Service Department is pleased to announce that we now have
less than a week's delay for service appointments. Scheduling and
turn-around time have been reduced because we've added another BMW
certified technician to our staff. With the promise of better riding
ahead, now is the time to schedule your service! We're proud of
our Master Technicians: Sean Lee, Steve Slunt, and Patrick
Crosson.

Years of BMW Motorcycle Experience
Bob’s service center’s staff has over 130 years of BMW motorcycle
service experience. John Gallivan has over 40 years, personally,
and has owned 12 /2s (slash 2s) throughout the years.
Year-round Work
Bob’s service center is open year round, of course, making the "off-season"
of winter an ideal time to finish those much delayed restoration
and upgrade projects.
Bob's RAINY DAY Service Policy!
If you have a scheduled service appointment and you ride in the
rain to get here on time for your appointment, we'll take $15
OFF the total bill for your service.
We wouldn't be offering this except that a bunch of you fair-weather
weenies have been canceling appointments just because of a little
rain. Our technicians, most of whom rode in the rain to get here, are
starting to take it personally! And remember, everybody benefits when
our busy service schedule keeps rolling smoothly, rain or shine.
So think about it ... you only need to go to the trouble of putting
on your rain suit to get 15 bucks off your service ticket! Not a
bad deal, eh?
